Being isolated can bring on a serious case of cabin fever, so to get out of it we're launching our first ever virtual retreat:

Down-to-earth, entertaining, educational, and experiential, those are our goals as we launch our one of a kind virtual health and wellness retreat. We're optimistic you'll find everything you need in our series to get you out of your stir crazy rut and cabin fever. Know that, we are having the same ups and downs, and the best way to get through them right now is to support one another. We want to share a BIG dose of  love, laughter and community with you the best way we know how, a retreat!

We've put the series together in a way that is as fun and easy-to-use as possible. Watch it all in one weekend to feel like a true health escape, or wherever and whenever you need a pick-me-up. During this retreat, we're a bit like your on-call health coach or provider, and you can choose how and when you want to connect with us!

Looking for more information on topics/themes? You will experience a broad range of  medical, health, and wellness tutorials from our favorite health leaders. We're hitting on overall well-being, so you can decrease stress and loneliness while building  physical and psychological resilience and strength in the days ahead. In our exciting line up of virtual experiences you will find follow-along classes, guided self-reflection, and seminars offering actionable next steps. We've diversified health beyond food and fitness, to also include sleep, restoration, finances, family, field trips, music, and more.

To truly bring us together as a community, we've also planned (our favorite part) a Body Workout and Tai Chi class on Saturday, April 11th; Q & A Happy Hour on Thursday, April 16th; Body Workout and Tai Chi class on Saturday, April 18th as well as a Virtual Community Dinner on Thursday, April 23rd. These will be live events, not pre-recorded, with ZOOM invitation links being sent to you once you sign up for the virtual retreat. Join along and share with others, the more the merrier!
