MASKS, MEALS & OUR MISSION
SERVING BACK TO OUR HEALTHCARE WORKERS
This week The Point has started our mask and meal deliveries to Minnesota Twin Cities and metro hospitals. Surgical Masks and mask protectors have been graciously donated by Zach Quinn of Love Your Melon and high quality Civilian masks have been provided by Anthony Andler of Heimie's. Meals are being coordinated and made by Dave and Dan Jarvis of Current Restaurant and Swirl Wine Club. All together, and alongside Chuck Runyon of Anytime Fitness, we are hoping to show our communities greater leadership through compassion and taking positive action.
This effort is something we were able to do with a much larger impact thanks to the many generous donations our virtual guests gave during last month's online retreat; Thank you once more for supporting our local healthcare heroes!
"I am only one: but still I am one.
What does it mean to be a nurse then and now?
I didn't realize how deeply being a nurse impacted The Point until more recently, but it's at the core of The Point's mission, how we aim to care for others, and it's serving as a guiding force during these challenging and conflicted times."
